I specialise in working with Women before during and after birth to build strength and confidence.

Face to face personal training designed to help you perfect your form, lose fat and build strength & confidence in your body. Develop mindset strategies around training habits and body image
CORPORATE WELLNESS
Signature Group Movement + Mindfulness sessions delivered in person or online for your whole time. Research shows that happy and engaged workers are more productive and show increased firm loyalty.
GROUP TRAINING
Matilda Movement organised and delivered sessions. These sessions
build connection and community, from high energy bootcamps to pregnancy friendly pilates, movement is more fun together!
ONLINE COACHING
Personalised programs for you to complete in your own home or gym with guidance and support. All programs come complete with demonstration videos form coaching and weekly check ins
